I got the B.S. degree in information engineering from school of electronic and information engineering in Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2003 ,and entered the Institute of Image Processing and Pattern Recognition in Xi’an Jiaotong University in the fall of that year. My research is reduced-reference and no-reference Image Quality Assessment .Based on edge patterns which are efficient characters used in image quality assessment, my work is revealing the statistics of edge patterns in natural image, and getting perfect performance of the new proposed IQA metrics.
